Saihi uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, summaries, recommendations, memories, and voice interactions. You acknowledge that AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, misleading, or fabricated (often called "hallucinated").
You are solely responsible for independently verifying any AI output before relying on it. Saihi makes no guarantee regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, currency, or fitness for any particular purpose.

You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit, the conversations you create, the files and data you upload or import, the memories and projects you store, the decisions you make, and the actions you take based on AI output. You must comply with all applicable laws.
AI systems may generate outputs that are inaccurate, biased, incomplete, offensive, or unexpected. Saihi does not guarantee neutrality, fairness, non-discrimination, or suitability for regulated decisions.
You must independently review and validate outputs before making decisions involving hiring, employment, lending, housing, education, healthcare, insurance, or legal matters. Saihi is not designed for and is not approved for use as the sole basis of any such decision.
Saihi relies on external providers, which may include but are not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Supabase, Resend, ElevenLabs, and other present or future model and infrastructure providers.
Saihi is not liable for provider outages, API failures, data loss, service interruptions, model behavior changes, or changes to provider policies. Provider behavior may change without notice.
Saihi is an evolving AI platform. You acknowledge that bugs may exist, features may change or be removed, data structures may evolve, and experimental features may not perform as expected.
You retain ownership of your memories, conversations, projects, uploaded files, imports, and exports. Saihi receives only a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process this content as necessary to operate the service for you (storage, retrieval, model invocation, memory extraction, search, export, and similar functions you request).
You may export or delete your data at any time from Settings. See our Data Ownership page.
Imported content may include ChatGPT exports, Claude exports, Gemini exports, Notion exports, Obsidian vaults, Apple Notes, and other supported sources added in the future.
Imported data is processed solely to provide companion functionality, memory creation, knowledge extraction, organization, search, and features you request. Imported data is never sold. You may delete imported data at any time.
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saihi and its affiliates, owners, managers, officers, employees, contractors, advisors, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, business interruption, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Saihi’s total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is capped at the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) the total amount you paid to Saihi in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Saihi, its affiliates, owners, managers, officers, employees, contractors, advisors, agents, and successors against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your conduct, your violation of law, or your violation of these Terms.
Saihi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, with or without notice, for any of the following:
Saihi is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including internet or cloud outages, third-party API failures, cyber attacks, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or provider disruptions.
Saihi may, in the future, offer features such as shared companion templates, community content, public workflows, knowledge packs, shared prompts, or a marketplace for assets.
When you make content available to other users through any such feature, you grant Saihi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and process that content as necessary to operate the feature. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your shared content does not infringe any third party’s rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing State], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the service is the state and federal courts located in [Venue].
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by [Arbitration Provider] under its then-current rules. You and Saihi each waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
